What is your Tax Exemption Program for business customers?

The Tax Exempt Program allow those with a tax-exempt status to quickly and easily purchase eligible products at our website tax-free.

To enroll in the program, please upload tax exemption certificate (in pdf format) from your account. It may take up to 3 business days to verify your tax ID. You can start shopping tax-free after you submit your application. 

If you have multiple accounts on our site, you do not have to resubmit tax exempt certificate for each account. We will authorize all accounts upon request. Send us your associated account email/username at support@unicorntrades.com.

Are there any other sellers who are selling your branded products?

No, our products are sold exclusively through our website and our official stores on eBay or Amazon. Anyone claiming our ‘Unicorn’ brand on their products is not genuine. We supply our items at a wholesale rate and nobody can compete with our rates.

What is the Unicorn Rewards Program?

The Unicorn Rewards Program is designed to reward registered members for purchasing items on unicorntrades.com. Members can accrue Unicorn Cash based on qualifying promotional item purchase. You can redeem them for a discount on your next order.

Are there any fees to participate in this program?

Enrollment in the Unicorn Rewards Program is FREE. Users will be automatically enrolled in Rewards Program when they create an account with us.

How do I earn Unicorn Cash?
  • Earn 2% in rewards on almost 80% of items sitewide. Some heavily discounted items are not eligible for rewards. 
  • Check how many rewards you’ll earn above the product page’s selected quantity field.
  • You’ll be credited with Unicorn Cash once your order is shipped.
  • Earn up to 10% in rewards on select promotional items. Check our promotions for more details.
How do I redeem Unicorn Cash?

The base discount value for 100 Unicorn Rewards is $1.00. Redeem up to 10000 Unicorn Rewards for up to $100 discount on your next purchase.

Click the ‘Redeem’ button in the cart or during checkout.

Does Unicorn Cash expire?

We offer an extensive period of 180 days to redeem your Unicorn Cash. Your unredeemed Unicorn Cash will expire after 180 days of your last order.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept major credit or debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Affirm. All transactions are processed through highly secured industry leaders like Stripe, PayPal, and Affirm. We do not store your payment methods on our servers.

We do not accept personal bank check. 

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship to international market. All our product rates, promotions, and shipping fees are applicable to the United States customers only.
Furthermore, we do not accept payments from international billing address. You must have US billing and shipping address for payment to be processed.

How will my items ship?

Unlike our competitors, all our products are shipped from our facility in Bartlett, IL. You do not have to worry about any customs. We generally ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS or FedEx Ground.

What are your shipping rates?

  • Standard Shipping: Free (delivery time: 3-7 business days)
  • Signature Confirmation: $5 (delivery time: 3-7 business days)

Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not considered as business days.

I did not receive my order, what do I do?

We value our customers and want to ensure the best possible experience for everyone who shops on our website. All our packages are shipped with tracking number via shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If the tracking status shows delivered and you did not receive your package, please look surrounding areas of your house, contact your local post office and wait for 1-2 business days to see if they redeliver your package on next business day. If the package returns back to us, we’ll message you on your email for any further actions. 

Please double check the shipping address you entered before placing an order.

Can you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally on our website. Currently, we are limited to the United States.

Can I come pick up my package?

No, we currently do not offer local pick-up.

Returns / Replacement

What are your return or replacement policy?

We will replace any defective items and ship replacement along with your next order placed on our website. 

  • Send us a message at unicorntrades@mail.com with your Unicorn Trade’s order number and images of products that you want us to replace.
  • Ship the items back to us when we ask for it. We may deny your request for any misuse of our return policy.
