At Unicorn Trade, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all packages are shipped with tracking via reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking the surrounding areas of your property, contacting your local post office, and waiting 1-2 business days to see if the carrier reattempts delivery. If the package is returned to us, we will promptly notify you via email and guide you on the next steps.

For added protection against package loss, feel free to contact us to add a calculated insurance premium to your order total.
